Clinical supervision

Kim offers clinical supervision to support therapists working in paediatrics.  Kim’s areas of expertise include autism, sensory needs and whole class provision.  She has extensive experience working in all types of UK schools, and private practice.  If you’re employed by a school, but not receiving direct OT clinical supervision, Kim can help to fill this gap in your supervision.  If you’re a private therapist Kim is happy to help.  Learn more here.

Kim is offering online training specifically designed for therapists.  This is typically run in the evening as short sessions.  All sessions are recorded and access is available for at least 30 days after the event.  If you join a full series, you will have access to the recordings for a longer period.  Learn more here.

The complete two year programme (scheme of work) teaches children how to form and write their letters correctly.  It’s fun and engaging.  Best of all, it contains all of the resources teachers need to run the lessons (including lesson plans, song, classroom videos and worksheets).  All you need to provide are the children, pencils, paper, playdough and enthusiasm.  It also includes our fine motor programme.  It can be used by therapists, schools and parents to support handwriting development and fine motor skills.

100 ideas to support sensory processing

This is Kim’s first book with an external publisher (Bloomsbury).  As promised in the title, it includes 100 ideas to help you understand sensory processing in the classroom.  There’s quick teaching tips and bonus ideas included as well.  The book is divided into ten sections which cover the sensory systems, relevant sensory supports and equipment for school. It is designed to be used by teachers and teaching assistants as a quick reference tool.  Each of the 100 ideas is one page long.  They stand alone and can be in any order.  You can learn more about the book here.
