Sensory Diet Cards – Perfects for Movement Breaks

Our sensory diet cards are prefect for movement breaks.  They provide different activities you can use with children to help them to be ready to learn.  The yellow cards include movements to help to increase alertness.  The blue cards are designed to help to calm and organise.  Monkey, tiger, frog and koala are ready to help your children today.

Sensory diets should be individualised for each child.  The goal of using sensory diets is to support the child’s arousal and readiness to learn.

If you would like to learn more about how to use sensory diets and movement breaks successfully I would recommend reading these articles:

When you’re using sensory diet cards, it is important to think about your aim.  Are you trying to increase or decrease the child’s alertness.  Or, are you trying to help them to become organised so they can focus on learning.
