Sensory Awareness Premium Membership –  Group Coaching

Our group coaching option is designed for teachers, parents and professionals who want to supercharge their sensory awareness.  The coaching package includes  our self-paced training course and access to monthly coaching session with Kim.

The membership fee will automatically renew annually.  You can cancel your membership at any time to stop the renewal.

How does the membership fit with the training?

The coaching membership gives you the chance to sensory concepts directly with Kim.  Whilst she knows the online training is having a big impact, Kim wanted to offer even more.  This is why she has launched the premium membership.

Who is the sensory coaching membership for?

The sensory coaching membership is for anyone who has joined Kim’s courses and wants to take their learning to the next level.  As a member you will have access to the group coaching sessions each month.  Here you will have the opportunity ask Kim your questions.  You will have access to monthly presentations and to the presentation archive.

The coaching membership is open to educators, parents and professionals who have already started Kim’s online sensory processing training.

What Do the Group Coaching Sessions Look Like?

The sessions will run on a monthly schedule.  The will run for one hour.  They will include a mix of open-ended question sessions and specific topics. Currently coaching sessions are in the morning on a Tuesday and Wednesday.  More sessions will be added as the coaching community grows.  It is your responsibility to book onto the coaching sessions, the schedule is in the coaching module of the training.

Open-question coaching

During the open-ended question sessions, you can ask Kim your own questions.  Kim asks that you have completed Level 1&2 of the training before you join these.  This because during the coaching sessions, Kim wants to take a deeper diver rather than talk about the basics which are covered in the training.

These sessions will occur on a rotational basis through the month.  They will be split into sessions for educators, parents and other professionals.  Please join the one that is most relevant to you, so you can learn from your peers.  The sessions will be capped to 10 people maximum.  They will not be recorded.  You will also be asked to maintain confidentiality of others when you attend these sessions.

Specific topics

Each month, Kim will take a deeper dive into a specific topic.  These sessions will be recorded and you will have access to the archive for as long as you are a member of the coaching community.  There will be a 30-45 minute online presentation by Kim and opportunities to ask questions after the presentation.

Frequently Asked Questions – Sensory Awareness Coaching

When will I receive access to the coaching?

We aim to send access coupons within 48 hours of purchase.  This is typically within 24 hours on weekdays.

How frequently do the coaching sessions occur?

  • At minimum there are four coaching sessions a month
  • As the community grows, more sessions will be added

How many sessions can I attend?

  • It is recommended you attend the sessions that are relevant to you, this will usually be two a month
  • You can drop into the sessions when ever you have a question
  • You can watch the deep dives archive when ever suits you

How long do I have access to the content?

Once enrolled you will have twelve months’ access to the course content and the coaching community.

Do I have to complete Level 1 & 2 before joining a group coaching call?

Yes, it is highly recommended.  This means that Kim can take a deeper dive with you into your question.  Kim wants you to get the most out of the coaching as possible.

Is there a completion certificate?

Kim will send brief minutes of the coaching sessions which you can add to your CPD portfolio.  There are certificates for the main training (Levels 1-3) but there are not individual certificates for the coaching.

Can I upgrade to coaching after completing Level 2 or 3

Yes, you can upgrade when it suits you.  The upgrade is a membership option rather than a one-off purchase.

How much does the training cost in a different currency?

You can use xe.com to convert UK£ into your own currency.  Your bank will likely charge a small fee as it will class as an international transaction.  Exchange rates constantly change so we advise that you check the rates when you are purchasing.

Can I cancel the membership?

The coaching is a rolling 12 month membership.  You can cancel your renewal at any time by emailing support@griffinot.com. It helps me if you include your purchase receipt, the subject line of the receipt will be ‘Your receipt from GriffinOT Ltd’ if you search your emails.

You will have continued access to the coaching until your subscription is due to renew, but you will not be charged for another year.  Your access will expire at this time.

There is no refund for part months which have not been used.

We will send an access code or upgrade your account within 48 hours of payment.

You can cancel your membership at anytime through the year and it will not renew.
