Finding the training

The training can be accessed here.  It is run on a different website to our main site, so you will be taken to that site.  You can book mark the page for future reference, or you can always access it using the ‘Course Log In’ button on the top right hand corner of the GriffinOT website.

You can access the free training by joining our community.  This will send further details on how to join the training.

Accessing the paid training – using your coupon for the first time

When you join our longer courses, you will receive a coupon link.  This video demonstrates how to use the link.  In the new emails your link is included in the text that says ‘this link’ or ‘here’, or it may not be a live link.  If you have to copy it, please make sure you copy all of the letters/numbers at the end as well.

Accessing the paid training – after using your coupon

Once you use your coupon, it will show as expired.  However, you just need to go the the course page and log in.  The log in button is on the top right hand side of the page.  You will need the email address you registered with and the password you created.

Accessing the paid training – I can’t see the courses I’ve paid for

Usually this occurs because you have not activated the access link correctly (see video above).  The second most common reasons is because you have created more than one account – for example, you joined with your personal email, but are trying to see the content using your work email.

I can’t see my certificate

This is located within the course itself.  It will appear on the left hand side once your progress bar is 100%.  Please make sure you download it.

I’ve forgotten my password!

We are sorry but for security reasons, we can’t reset passwords.  You can do this yourself on the course log in page. Underneath the login box there is a ‘forgot password?’ link.  Please click on this and follow the prompts.

How do I contact GriffinOT?

If you’re still having difficulties you can email us at Training@GriffinOT.com.  It is a big help for us if you include screen shots in your email of the problem you’re having as this helps us to troubleshoot more quick.  If you question is regarding course access, it also helps if you include your receipt.

How long do I have access to the courses?

There is a counter within the training that will show you how long you have left to access the content.  The sensory training usually comes with 15 months’ access and the fine motor content with 12.  Your timer will begin from the day you activate your access coupon.
