How do I contact GriffinOT?

If you’re still having difficulties you can email us at  It is a big help for us if you include screen shots in your email of the problem you’re having as this helps us to troubleshoot more quick.  If you question is regarding course access, it also helps if you include your receipt.

How long do I have access to the courses?

Sensory courses come with a a minimum 6 months’ access.  Motor skill courses come with 4 months’ access as standard, or 12 for school subscriptions.  Sometimes we run promotions extending the access time.  If you have signed up at the time of a promotion then you will have access for the length of time that was specified in the promotion.
