Director and Founder

Kim Griffin
Kim is an occupational therapist with nearly 20 years’ experience supporting children, their families and teachers. You can read more about her journey and experience here.

Rachel Smyth
Rachel is a business and management consultant with a background working in health. She supports Griffin OT with impact measurement and governance. Connect with Rachel here.

Roger Gordon
Roger Gordon is an experienced executive, software engineer, data scientist and technologist. He supports GriffinOT with product strategy and value proposition. Connect with Roger here.
Coaches and Supervisors

Mark Goodson
Mark is a coach and mentor who advises start-ups and scale-ups. He has been providing support to Kim through the Cambridge Social Innovation Award package. Connect with Mark here.

Sue Allen
Sue is a senior occupational therapist and lecturer. She is Kim’s clinical supervisor and provides support on all things sensory integration and occupational therapy. Connect with Sue here.

Dr Tanya Rihtman
Tanya is Kim’s academic supervisor for the fine motor skill programme evaluation and also provides a sounding board to support Kim with outcome measurement at GriffinOT. Connect with Tanya here.

Tracey Chadwick
Tracey is a teacher and mum. She provides supports for children’s mental health supports for parents and educates through Child Therapy Services CIC. Connect with Tracey here.

ChewiGem & Sensooli
Kim was approached by Jenny and the team at Sensooli to contribute to their training and product advice. Sensooli provides products designed to support sensory process needs.
Previous Advisors
Over the last three years, Kim has had support from a variety of advisors. She would like to recognise the huge contribution they have had in helping her to grow GriffinOT to where it is today. Without their support it would still just be an idea which Kim tinkered with in her spare time.
